TIAC is proud to be endorsed by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Special pricing and enhanced coverage make the Old Republic/TIAC program unique.

Of particular note is the "Deductible Reduction Endorsement" that all Old Republic agents will receive automatically. This custom endorsement reduces an insured's deductible obligation by 50% when a claim arises from a wrongful act in the preparation or issuance of a title commitment or a title insurance policy underwritten by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

TIAC was formed in 1987 with the American Land Title Association (ALTA) to provide a secure, stable market for errors and omissions liability insurance for ALTA's title agent and abstracter members. For over 20 years, TIAC has provided this important coverage to ALTA members throughout the country.
